This program is for existing yoga instructors who want to further their education and study in yoga as well as obtain their 500hr yoga teaching distinction. Building on the 200hr yoga teacher training curriculum, Our advanced 300-hour teacher training program is an opportunity to further develop your yoga teaching and practical skills. This intensive 300hr teacher training program will help you hone your own teaching style, advance your yoga offerings and personal practice.

The aim of this program is to help yoga teachers clarify their brand and teaching voice, become more confident and skilled in their craft, grow their professional audience and be prepared to work with special populations.

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to register with the International Yoga Alliance as RYT500.

In this training, yoga teachers will go deeper into understanding the body and anatomy and broaden experience and knowledge of metaphysics and yoga in general. in addition, this program offers credentials to help further your yoga career.

Like our 200hr yoga teacher training, the advanced 300hr program supports a high standard of teaching and ethics. Our in-depth training experience supports the shift towards embracing life with awareness, acceptance of oneself, oneness and reverence for the earth. Taking a more integrative approach, our 300hr advanced yoga teacher training includes opportunities for yoga teachers to learn about the special populations that interest them. Our 300hr advanced yoga teacher training program emphasizes the importance of a deep and holistic approach to your yoga practice and teaching. This approach prepares you to live an inspired yogic lifestyle and naturally share your gift as a confident and professional instructor. During your training we will explore and understand the fundamentals of advanced postures in practice and teaching, deepening adjustments, creative sequencing, working with special populations, accessing confidence with your true voice, an in-depth understanding of physical and energetic anatomy, growing your yoga career, and the business of teaching yoga. This training offers all the necessary tools for you to continue your yoga career and is designed for you continue to live the yogic lifestyle – enhancing health and well being for your students.


Throughout your training you will receive guidance on how continue to teach in your own unique way, building your brand as a yoga teacher. Classes on the ‘business of yoga’ are included in the curriculum as is ongoing support. We also want to offer yoga teachers in our program the opportunity to learn how to grow as instructors. Prior to arriving at the training you will be required to do 20 hours of independent study of Yoga philosophy and anatomy
